Soldiers,

For those of you who remain on your post, stand firm.

Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. – Ephesians 6:13

For those of you who have left your post for whatever reason (preferences, offense, you got butt hurt, got entangled, other, etc.) work through the reason (get over self, get untangled, forgive, etc.) then seek Jesus on whether to return to your post or for a new assignment.

Your post in the natural realm could be anything job, career, church, city, region, country, other.

Be strong and courageous.

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. – Joshua 1:9

Jesus will sustain you.

Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. – Psalms 55:22

We have work to do.

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. – Ephesians 2:10

Seek to please the One who enlisted you.

You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. – II Timothy 2:3‭-‬4
